Medical Spa Startup Package

Flat Fee: $9,500

Starting a medical spa means building a structure that meets California’s strict ownership and compliance rules. We form both the Management Services Organization (MSO) and the Professional Corporation (PC), draft the Management Services Agreement (MSA), and make sure control, compensation, and operations are properly aligned under state law.

Includes:

  • Formation of MSO and PC

  • Drafting and negotiation of Management Services Agreement (MSA)

  • Operating Agreement, Bylaws, and corporate minutes

  • Fictitious Name Permit where applicable

  • Ownership and compensation structure review

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN) filings

From forming a Professional Corporation (PC) to preparing agreements and submitting approvals to the Medical Board of California or Board of Registered Nursing, we make sure your practice is structured to operate compliantly from day one.

  • Employment or contractor agreement template

  • Basic patient intake and compliance forms

  • Bylaws and shareholder agreements

Consent Forms & Care Instruction Package

Flat Fee: $1,500

We provide a bundle of core patient documents used in most medical spas, covering common treatments and procedures. Each form is written in plain language, compliant with California regulations, meets insurance requirements, and formatted for clinic use. For specialized or unique procedures, we offer custom drafting at a separate flat rate.

    • Dermal fillers
    • Microneedling
    • Chemical peels
    • Laser or light-based treatments

  • Matching pre- and post-care instructions for each procedure

Employment and 1099 Contractor Package

Flat Fee: $3,000

Hiring injectors, clinicians, and staff requires clear agreements that match how your business operates. We prepare employment and independent contractor contracts that protect your practice, comply with labor and medical board rules, and set clear expectations for pay and supervision.

Includes:

  • Up to 3 employment or 1099 contractor agreements

  • Non-solicitation, confidentiality, and intellectual property terms

  • Employee or 1099 contractor arbitration agreement

  • Classification and compensation compliance review

  • Optional employee handbook or policy add-on ($1,200)

Practice Sale or Acquisition Package

Flat Fee: $7,500–$12,000

Buying or selling a medical, dental, or aesthetic practice involves detailed contracts, licensing, and due diligence. We represent buyers and sellers through the entire process — from drafting the definitive purchase agreements to handling closing funds.

  • Drafting or review of Purchase and Sale Agreement

Flat Fee: $3,000/year or $850/quarter**

HIPAA Policies

HIPAA Policies

Flat Fee: $950

We prepare written policies that meet Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and fit how your practice actually operates. Each policy set is customized for small to midsize healthcare and aesthetic businesses.

  • HIPAA privacy and security policies

  • Staff confidentiality and training acknowledgments

  • Breach response procedures

Advertising and Website Compliance Review

Flat Fee: $850

California and federal rules restrict how medical services can be marketed. We review your website, social media, and advertising materials to ensure your messaging and claims stay within legal and board guidelines.

  • Review of website and social media content

  • Compliance with medical board and FTC rules

  • Written recommendations for corrections

Custom Employee Handbook

Flat Fee: $1,450

We draft an employee handbook that reflects your actual policies and satisfies California employment law. Each handbook is written for medical and aesthetic practices, addressing both clinical and administrative staff.

Human Resources Audit

Flat Fee: $950

We review your HR documents and processes to identify compliance issues before they become problems. This is a practical check-up for practices managing injectors, contractors, or mixed teams.
